
Wayne Collins shows you how to make a classic whisky sour cocktail using egg white and lemon juice.
50ml/2fl oz smoky whisky
25ml/1fl oz fresh lemon juice
2 tsp vanilla syrup
1 free-range egg white
2 dashes whisky bitters
Place the whisky, lemon juice, vanilla syrup, egg white and bitters into a cocktail shaker, add a handful of ice and shake well.
Strain the cocktail into a tumbler filled with crushed ice.
Type the ingredients you want to use, then click Go. For better results you can use quotation marks around phrases (e.g. "chicken breast"). Alternatively you can search by chef, programme, cuisine, diet, or dish (e.g. Lasagne).
