Walnut and Stilton crostini


Preparation method

  1. Place the watercress, Stilton, walnuts, olive oil and black pepper into a mini food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Place the baguette slices onto a serving plate. Spread over the walnut and Stilton mixture and serve.
