Vegetable rice stir fry


Preparation method

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over a high heat and stir-fry the onions, pepper and courgette for 3-4 minutes. Add the cooked rice and continue to stir fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the rice is warmed through.

  2. Remove the wok from the heat, then stir in the sesame oil and soy sauce and season, to taste, with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately.
