A twist on the classic Martini, popular during prohibition.
Place all the ingredients into a mixing glass with a handful of ice and stir well to mix.
Rinse a coupette glass with the absinthe then dispose of the absinth.
Strain the mixed ingredients into the coupette glass and serve.
