Place the tuna, green chilli, salad onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey and lime juice into a large bowl. Mix together well and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Place a 5cm/2in chefs' ring in the centre of a plate. Spoon in the tuna mixture and press down until firm.
To serve, remove the ring and sprinkle over with the sesame seeds.
