To toast the winners of the Brit Awards.

Ingredients

  • 25ml/1fl oz blended scotch

  • 15ml/½fl oz Somerset cider brandy

  • 15ml/½fl oz rhubarb liqueur

  • 15ml/½fl oz fresh lime juice

  • 5ml/1 tsp sugar syrup

Preparation method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard.

  2. Strain into a champagne glass and serve.
