Preheat the oven to 190C/375F/Gas 5.
Mix all dry ingredients together and slowly add the milk and yoghurt mix until it forms a soft dough. You might not need all the liquid.
Knead for 5 minutes and make into a round loaf shape. Cross the top with a knife.
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until golden, crusty and hollow-sounding when tapped.
