Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
Brush each of the filo pastry sheets with melted butter and place one on top of the other.
Place the chopped tomatoes, feta and basil into the centre of the top sheet of filo pastry and sprinkle over the cayenne pepper and pine nuts.
Bring the edges of the filo pastry together and seal to form a parcel. Brush with melted butter and scatter over the sesame seeds.
Place the pastry parcel onto a baking tray and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until crisp and golden-brown.
To serve, cut the tomato and feta parcel into two and place one half onto each of two serving plates.
