
1 orange, zest peeled into two strips
25ml/1fl oz double cream
1 heaped tbsp mascarpone cheese
2 tsp marsala wine
25ml/1fl oz gold rum
2 tsp dark creme de cacao
1 tbsp coffee liqueur
cocoa powder, for dusting
ready-made biscotti
Place all of the ingredients, except the cocoa powder and biscuits, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well.
Strain into two shot glasses.
To serve, sprinkle each glass with a generous dusting of cocoa powder and serve on a small plate with the biscotti alongside.
