An extra special cocktail that’s perfect for sipping while watching the World Cup. You'll need an ice ball mould for this recipe.
For the ice ball, add the grenadine syrup and cranberry juice to an ice ball mould. Top up with the mineral water and freeze for 12 hours. (Agitate the mould a little after a few hours to ensure even mixing.)
For the cocktail, mix the lemon juice, elderflower cordial, double cream, gin and triple sec together in a cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice and shake well.
Place the ice ball into a large martini glass and strain the cocktail over. Serve.
