25ml/1fl oz Irish whiskey
1 tbsp Irish whiskey liqueur
1 tsp sugar syrup
1 double espresso
1 tbsp Irish cream liqueur
crushed ice
4 fresh mint leaves, to garnish
Pour the Irish whiskey, whiskey liqueur, sugar syrup, espresso and Irish cream liqueur into a cocktail shaker.
Add a scoop of crushed ice and shake well.
Strain the mixture into a champagne flute.
To serve, twist the four mint leaves together to form a mint leaf clover. Garnish the glass with the mint leaf clover.
