The Mayflower

Wayne Collins' fruity cocktail of apricot, apple and elderflower makes a refreshing summertime drink.


Preparation method

  1. Place the lemon juice, elderflower cordial, apple juice, gin and apricot liqueur into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake well.

  2. Strain the cocktail in a coupette glass and garnish with the petal, if using.
