
This punchy cocktail is perfect for celebrating St. Patrick’s Day.
2 dashes angostura bitters
½ lime, juice only
25ml/1fl oz Irish whiskey
25ml/1fl oz green apple sourz
ginger beer, to top up
fresh mint sprig, to garnish
Fill a highball glass with ice and add the angostura bitters, lime juice, whisky and apple liqueur.
Top up with the ginger beer and stir gently. Garnish with the sprig of mint.
