Super sweet and laced with rum, this cocktail is served all over New Orleans.
50ml/2fl oz golden rum
1 fresh passion fruit, pulp only
50ml/2fl oz passion fruit juice
1 tsp vanilla sugar syrup
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
Shake the rum, half of the passion fruit pulp, passion fruit juice, vanilla sugar syrup and lime juice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain the cocktail into a glass. Garnish with the remaining passion fruit pulp.
