Similar to a piña colada, this classic 1950s cocktail was invented by the famed US bar proprietor Don the Beachcomber.
handful pineapple chunks
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp coconut syrup (available from specialist suppliers)
50ml/2fl oz gold rum
dash angostura bitters
25ml/1fl oz fresh pineapple juice
Blend all of the ingredients, with a handful of ice, in a blender. Pour the cocktail into a tall glass.
Type the ingredients you want to use, then click Go. For better results you can use quotation marks around phrases (e.g. "chicken breast"). Alternatively you can search by chef, programme, cuisine, diet, or dish (e.g. Lasagne).
