Place the basil leaves and passion fruit pulp into a cocktail shaker and mash (muddle) together with the end of a rolling pin.
Add the pineapple juice, ginger lemongrass cordial, gin, Galliano and a handful of ice and shake hard. Strain the cocktail into a whiskey tumbler filled with crushed ice.
To serve, garnish with the kaffir lime leaves and flower.
