
50g/1¾oz cod
1 tsp fresh coriander
1 tsp chives
½ garlic clove
pinch of ginger
3 cherry bomb chillies, seeded and left whole
vegetable oil, for frying
Preheat the oven 200C/400F/Gas 6.
To make the stuffed chillies, in a blender mix the cod with the coriander, chives, garlic and ginger to form a thick paste.
Stuff this mixture into the chillies.
Heat a frying pan with oil, place the chillies into a hot oven for 3-4 minutes.
When ready serve the chillies in a dish. Top with the chives and the honey. Drizzle with soy sauce.
