
Game, set and match for the perfect Wimbledon cocktail.
3 strawberries, halved, plus 1 whole strawberry to garnish
25ml/1fl oz raspberry vodka
15ml/½fl oz strawberry liqueur
1 tbsp softened lemon sorbet
100ml/3½fl oz sparkling white wine
Muddle (crush) the strawberries in a cocktail shaker with a long-handled spoon.
Add the raspberry vodka, strawberry liqueur and lemon sorbet. Add a handful of ice and shake well.
Fill a champagne flute two-thirds full with sparkling white wine and strain the cocktail mixture on top.
Garnish with the whole strawberry.
