
100g/3½oz cod fillet
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp honey
1 tsp sesame seeds
½ pint chicken stock
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp chilli flakes
50g/1¾oz peas (tinned or frozen, thawed)
3 tbsp coriander, chopped
In a bowl, mix the sesame oil, soy sauce, honey and cod and marinate for 15 minutes.
Place the cod into a steamer and cook for 12 minutes.
For the broth, place the chicken stock into a pan with the soy sauce and chilli flakes, and cook for five minutes to infuse the broth.
Add the peas and coriander and cook for one minute
Serve the cod on top of the broth in a large deep bowl, sprinkled with the sesame seeds.
