3 tbsp groundnut oil
450g/1lb fresh squid, cleaned, cut into strips
2-4 fresh chillies (green or red), chopped
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the squid and chillies. Fry for 1-2 minutes, until the squid turns opaque (no longer or it will become tough). Remove with slotted spoon and set aside.
For the dressing, place all of the dressing ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
To serve, place the squid mixture into a large bowl. Add the bananas, toasted sesame seeds and the dressing and stir well.
