Ice cream and champagne might sound like a strange combination - but this recipe is the perfect mix of dessert and cocktail.
Pour the Cognac, cointreau and cherry liqueur into a mixing glass. Add a handful of ice and stir until well combined.
Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a large glass and strain the cocktail over the ice cream.
Top up with champagne and garnish with grated nutmeg.
Type the ingredients you want to use, then click Go. For better results you can use quotation marks around phrases (e.g. "chicken breast"). Alternatively you can search by chef, programme, cuisine, diet, or dish (e.g. Lasagne).
