
Enjoy a caffeine kick with Wayne Collin's chocolate topped Mexican cocktail.
20ml/¾fl oz fresh lime juice
2 tsp sugar
25ml/1fl oz silver tequila
25ml/1fl oz Patron XO Café, or other tequila coffee liqueur
1 tsp crème de cacao white
dark chocolate chips, to garnish
Place the lime juice, sugar, tequila, Patron XO Café and crème de cacao into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice.
Shake well and strain the cocktail into a martini glass. Garnish with the dark chocolate chips.
