South of the border

Enjoy a caffeine kick with Wayne Collin's chocolate topped Mexican cocktail.


  • 20ml/¾fl oz fresh lime juice

  • 2 tsp sugar

  • 25ml/1fl oz silver tequila

  • 25ml/1fl oz Patron XO Café, or other tequila coffee liqueur

  • 1 tsp crème de cacao white

  • dark chocolate chips, to garnish

Preparation method

  1. Place the lime juice, sugar, tequila, Patron XO Café and crème de cacao into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice.

  2. Shake well and strain the cocktail into a martini glass. Garnish with the dark chocolate chips.
