
1 heaped tablespoon rhubarb purée
15ml/½fl oz fresh lemon juice
2 tsp vanilla syrup
25ml/1fl oz cider brandy
25ml/1fl oz blackberry liqueur
Place the rhubarb purée, lemon juice, vanilla syrup, cider brandy and blackberry liqueur into a cocktail shaker.
Shake well, then double strain the mixture into a Martini glass.
Serve immediately.
