Ski slope


  • ½ lemon, zest only

  • 35ml/1¼fl oz whiskey, preferably Canadian

  • 1 tbsp apricot liqueur (available from specialist suplliers)

  • 2 tsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp plain yoghurt

  • coconut flakes, to garnish

Preparation method

  1. Place the lemon zest, whiskey, apricot liqueur, maple syrup and yoghurt into a boston glass with a handful of ice and shake hard.

  2. Strain the cocktail into a martini glass and garnish with the coconut flakes.
