Preparation method

  1. Place three-quarters of the plum quarter into a cocktail shaker and crush (muddle) with the end of a rolling pin.

  2. Add the plum brandy, blackberry liqueur and orange juice. Shake with ice and double strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with the remaining plum. Serve.
