Scallop and pork siu mai dumplings


Preparation method

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, apart from the wonton wrappers. Lay the wonton wrappers on a clean surface and place one tablespoon of the mixture into the centre of each wrapper.

  2. Draw up the sides of the wonton wrappers, leaving the top of the filling exposed. Place into a steamer and steam over boiling water for 6-8 minutes.

  3. Serve the dumplings directly from the steamer basket.
