
1 large free-range egg white, preferably organic
2 tsp caster sugar
½ ripe pomegranate, seeds only, plus extra to garnish
15ml/½fl oz freshly squeezed clementine juice
15mll/½fl oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
25mll/1fl oz vanilla vodka
25ml/1fl oz pomegranate liqueur
50ml/2fl oz rosé wine
ice
Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake well.
Strain the mixture into two small wine or cocktail glasses.
To serve, garnish each cocktail with a few extra pomegranate seeds.
