Feel festive with this lively vanilla vodka cocktail.
35ml/1½fl oz vanilla vodka
1 tbsp apple liqueur
1 tbsp triple sec
25ml/1fl oz cranberry juice
2 clementine segments
lemon zest
Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice and shake hard.
Strain the drink into a martini glass, garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
