Salmon filo floats on a green pea sea

Ingredients

Preparation method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.

  2. Wrap each piece of salmon in parma ham and then in filo.

  3. Place on a baking tray and bake for 8-10 minutes.

  4. While the salmon is cooking, gently heat the soup.

  5. To serve: pour the soup into a bowl and place a salmon parcel in the middle.
