
4 110g/4oz salmon fillet
4 slices parma ham
4 sheets filo pastry
1 carton pea soup
2 tbsp cream
Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
Wrap each piece of salmon in parma ham and then in filo.
Place on a baking tray and bake for 8-10 minutes.
While the salmon is cooking, gently heat the soup.
To serve: pour the soup into a bowl and place a salmon parcel in the middle.
Type the ingredients you want to use, then click Go. For better results you can use quotation marks around phrases (e.g. "chicken breast"). Alternatively you can search by chef, programme, cuisine, diet, or dish (e.g. Lasagne).
