300g/10½oz unsalted butter, softened
250g/9oz icing sugar
250g/9oz soft dark brown sugar
1 tbsp warm water
125ml/4fl oz rum
Beat the unsalted butter, icing sugar, brown sugar, water and brandy together until creamy, then refrigerate.
