
100g/3¾oz raisins
75g/3oz caster sugar
100ml/3¾fl oz water
100ml/3½fl oz rum
Place all the ingredients in a pan and bring to the boil.
Turn the heat down and simmer for 20 minutes.
Cool slightly then whizz in a blender.
Strain through a sieve and serve.
