100g/3½oz ice
175ml/6fl oz vodka
pinch celery seeds
splash chilli-infused sherry (dry sherry can be used instead)
good dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp creamed horseradish
1 litre/1¾ pints tomato juice
lemons wedges, to serve
Tabasco, to serve
celery sticks, to serve
Place all of the ingredients in a large jug and stir well.
Run the lemon wedges around the top of your glasses.
Pour in the Bloody Mary mixture. Serve with the Tabasco and celery sticks.
