Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4.
Place the chopped tomato, lime juice and chopped chervil into a bowl and mix until well combined.
Place the toasted bread onto a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and spoon over the tomato mixture.
Transfer to the oven and bake for two minute, or until the tomatoes have warmed through. Serve immediately.
