Roasted tomato bruschetta


Preparation method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4.

  2. Place the chopped tomato, lime juice and chopped chervil into a bowl and mix until well combined.

  3. Place the toasted bread onto a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and spoon over the tomato mixture.

  4. Transfer to the oven and bake for two minute, or until the tomatoes have warmed through. Serve immediately.
