Roasted banana with yoghurt, mint and honey


Preparation method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.

  2. Bake the banana in its skin for 7-10 minutes, or until soft.

  3. Meanwhile, combine the yoghurt, mint leaves and honey in a mixing bowl.

  4. To serve, split open the banana and spoon over the yoghurt mixture.
