
25ml/1fl oz gold rum
25ml/1fl oz Jamaican overproof rum
10ml/½fl oz fresh lime juice
25m/1fl oz pressed pineapple juice
25ml/1fl oz freshly squeezed orange juice
10ml/½fl oz grenadine
ice cubes
1 small piece pineapple leaf and orange slice, for garnish
Place the two rums, lime juice, pineapple juice, orange juice and grenadine into a Boston glass.
Add a handful of ice cubes and shake vigorously for a few seconds.
Strain the cocktail into a highball glass filled with ice and garnish with the pineapple leaf and orange slice.
