'Red snapper'


Preparation method

  1. Place the ice in a large tumbler. Add the lemon juice, salt, freshly ground black pepper, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce and gin.

  2. Top up with tomato juice and stir with a celery stick. Leave the celery stick in the drink as garnish - you can also garnish with a king prawn or crayfish if you like. Serve straightaway.
