Frying doesn’t have to be a guilty pleasure. Gather together whatever fresh salad ingredients you fancy and either stir-fry them for a delicious warm salad, or serve as it is with grilled meat, fish and prawns.
For the dressing, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.
For a stir fry, in a large wok on a high heat, quickly stir-fry the salad ingredients in a teaspoon of oil for one minute, add the dressing and continue to cook for one minute, and then serve immediately.
For a salad, mix the vegetables and dressing together and serve as it is or with some grilled meat, fish, prawns.
