A simple summery berry twist on the mojito, this cocktail is really easy to make.
Place the mint leaves and raspberries into a highball glass. Add some ice.
Add the lime juice, sugar syrup, black raspberry liqueur and golden rum. Stir well with a long-handled spoon.
Top up the cocktail with ginger ale. Garnish the glass with the mint sprig and a raspberry.
