
Try this creamy Canadian cocktail flavoured with a dash of hazelnut liqueur.
1 free-range egg
1 tbsp single cream
35ml/1¼fl oz Canadian whiskey
1 tbsp hazelnut liqueur
2 tsp maple syrup
freshly grated nutmeg, to garnish
Place the egg, cream, whiskey, hazelnut liqueur and maple syrup into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice.
Shake the cocktail hard and strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
