
This creamy cocktail is inspired by the classic Jamaican Guinness punch.
25ml/1fl oz gold rum
2 tsp vanilla syrup
2 tsp dark crème de cacao
50ml/50ml condensed milk
150ml/ 5fl oz Irish stout
freshly grated nutmeg, to garnish
Place the rum, vanilla syrup, crème de cacao and condensed milk into a cocktail shaker, add a handful of ice and shake hard.
Pour the cocktail into a half-pint beer glass and pour over the stout. Garnish with nutmeg.
