Prune and leek sauté with Stilton toasts

Preparation method

  1. Preheat the grill to high.

  2. For the sauté, heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the leeks and prunes for five minutes.

  3. For the Stilton toasts, place the Stilton onto the ciabatta slices and place under the grill until melted.

  4. Serve warm with the leeks beside the Stilton toasts.
