
25ml/1fl oz gin
1 tbsp crème de cassis
2 tsp elderflower cordial
25ml/1fl oz fresh golden grapefruit juice
chilled Champagne, to top up
Place the gin, crème de cassis, elderflower and grapefruit juice into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard.
Strain into a flute and top up with champagne.
