Prosciutto-wrapped scallops

Ingredients

Preparation method

  1. Take each slice of ham and fold it in half lengthways. Wrap the ham around each of the scallops, and secure with a wooden cocktail stick.

  2. Drizzle the oil over the scallops and sear in a hot pan for 4-5 minutes, or until the scallops are just cooked through.

  3. Serve each scallop back in its shell.
