
1 egg yolk
100ml/3½fl oz olive oil
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp tomato ketchup
½ tsp Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp vodka
1 tsp vegetable oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Place the egg yolk into a food processor and blend.
While continuing to blend, gradually add the white wine vinegar and olive oil to create a mayonnaise consistency.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend.
Meanwhile, fill the avocado with the prawns.
Drizzle the prawns with the Bloody Mary sauce and garnish with the lemon wedge.
Type the ingredients you want to use, then click Go. For better results you can use quotation marks around phrases (e.g. "chicken breast"). Alternatively you can search by chef, programme, cuisine, diet, or dish (e.g. Lasagne).
