Simple prawns are boosted with the flavour of lime, wasabi and chilli - not for the fainthearted, but great with a cold beer.
For the prawns, mix the prawns with the lime zest and chilli and set aside, covered, to marinate in the fridge for at least one hour.
Meanwhile, for the Japanese mayonnaise, mix all the Japanese mayonnaise ingredients together and transfer the mixture to a serving bowl.
Arrange the prawns on a plate and serve with the Japanese mayonnaise, for dipping.
