
1 tbsp vegetable oil
16 king prawns, peeled
300g/10½oz purple sprouting broccoli, blanched and refreshed in cold water
2 canned anchovies, drained and chopped
1½ tsp dried chilli flakes
1 garlic clove, sliced
1 lemon, juice only
1 head pak choi, finely sliced
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp sesame seeds
½ tsp freshly grated nutmeg
Heat the oil in a wok until very hot. Add the prawns and stir-fry for three minutes.
Add the purple sprouting broccoli, anchovies, chilli flakes and garlic and stir-fry for a further 2-3 minutes.
Add the lemon juice, pak choi and season, to taste, with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Stir-fry for 30 seconds then transfer to four serving bowls.
Sprinkle each dish with sesame seeds and a little freshly grated nutmeg and serve.
