This veg-packed pickle is great with cold meats or in a cheese and pickle sandwich.
Place all the ingredients into a preserving pan and simmer until the turnips have reached a firm, but just-cooked consistency.
Transfer to sterilised jars.
Store this chutney in the fridge and eat within a week.
