
Chill out the Chilean way with this delicious pisco cocktail.
4 cloves, lightly crushed
4 chunks fresh pineapple
1 tbsp fresh orange juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar syrup
1½fl oz pisco
1 tbsp pineapple liqueur
25ml/1fl oz Chilean white wine
pineapple leaves
Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and crush with the end of a rolling pin.
Strain into a wine goblet and garnish with pineapple leaves
