
Add a brazen blush to the classic caipirinha cocktail with pomegranate liqueur.
4 segments pink grapefruit
1 tsp caster sugar
1 tbsp pomegranate liqueur
50ml/2 fl oz cachaça
slice pink grapefruit
pomegranate seeds
Place the pink grapefruit wedges, sugar and pomegranate liqueur into a tumbler glass and mash (muddle) with the end of a rolling pin. Add some crushed ice and stir well
Pour over the cachaça and stir again. Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit, some pomegranate seeds and serve.
