
You can make this chocolate sauce in advance and store in the fridge for up to 4 days, then gently reheat before serving.
200g/7oz orange-flavoured chocolate
3 tbsp double cream
vanilla ice cream, to serve (optional)
Place the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water (do not let the bowl touch the water), and heat until melted.
Remove the bowl from the pan and stir in the cream.
To serve, spoon the hot sauce over bowls of vanilla ice cream or the pudding of your choice.
